Step by step

  1. Spreadsheet: copy the twelve fields; keep number, location, photo, trade, severity, status and due date at minimum.
  2. Checklist: print one from the library, or download the file and open it in the app.
  3. App: the free plan exports the same CSV columns, so the spreadsheet is the fallback, not the method.
