What you get for $59.99 a year
One rewritten report saves most inspectors more than an hour. At $59.99 a year, Pro pays for itself the first time you leave a site with the report already finished instead of a camera roll to transcribe.
The paid tier exists for three reasons, and we would rather be direct about them: unlimited projects, because one project is a demo and not a business; clean branded PDFs, because a watermarked document is not something you send a client; and AI Insights, because reading patterns across projects is genuinely the most expensive thing the app does.
No usage traps. AI analysis is included in both tiers. We do not sell credits, we do not meter photos, and we do not throttle you at the end of the month.
Cancelling
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancel before the seventh day of the trial and you are not charged. Everything you already created stays on your device, cancelling never deletes your projects or reports.
