The app uses neutral wording, issue, defect, severity, so the report reads naturally whether your client says snag or punch list. Nothing in the output is American-specific.
Can I put my own company branding on it?

How many plots can I run?

Is the AI reliable enough to put my name on?
It is good at describing what is visible in the photograph and consistent about severity. It cannot see behind a wall, judge compliance against a spec or determine cause. Every field is editable and you should read each one before saving, the report is still yours.
