Step by step

  1. Location to the element: 'Bedroom 2, window reveal, left jamb', not 'bedroom window'.
  2. One sentence of observation, one line of action. The photo does the rest.
  3. Severity on each snag, so the site manager knows which thirty come first.
  4. Send the PDF to the site manager and the customer-care address in the reservation pack, with the buyer copied.
  5. Re-inspect against the same numbers and report what closed.
