How do I close out a punch list with proof?

Re-inspect each open item, take an after photo, confirm who verified it. The item becomes Closed with the resolution date; the PDF shows the original and the after photo side by side with the closure line. An optional AI check reads the two photos and says fixed, partial, not fixed or unclear.

Step by step

Filter the project to Open (or by assignee for one trade).
Open each item, tap Add after photo, confirm the verifier and add a note.
Optionally tap Check with AI and use the verdict as the note.
Generate the closeout report, closed items show Before/After; the summary marks them Closed.
