- Template picker, plus, New template. Add areas in the order you walk a house.
- One check per line, written so Pass or Fail is obvious. Give each a trade.
- Walk it once. Add the checks you forgot during the walk and save the walk as the new version.
- Share it as a file with the other inspectors in your firm.

Can I organise it by system instead of by room?
Yes. Areas are just headings; call them Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical if that is how you work.
Is there a limit on the number of checks?
No practical one. The four built-in walks run from 13 to 57 checks; a full home inspection list of 150 works fine.
